Verify Goods: Match incoming stock against purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading to ensure quantities and item numbers are correct.

Quality Control: Inspect incoming packages for damages, defects, or missing items, and accurately report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

Inventory Logging: Input received goods into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) using handheld barcode scanners.

Stocking & Organization: Label and stage incoming materials in designated receiving zones or transport them to the appropriate inventory shelves.

Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving dock. Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment (specifically in receiving, shipping, or inventory) is highly preferred.

Equipment Operation: Experience operating a forklift, electric pallet jack, and hand trucks (certification is a major plus).

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with inventory tracking software (WMS) and RF barcode scanners.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and comfortably lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly.
