The ideal candidate is a "self-starter" who thrives in a professional environment and can manage the flow of the front lobby with poise. Beyond greeting guests, you will serve as a vital administrative engine, ensuring the meeting spaces are guest-ready and that daily operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Visitor Management: Warmly greet and sign in all visitors, ensuring they follow security protocols and are directed to the correct department.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare conference rooms for high-level meetings, which includes Tidying spaces, checking equipment, and coordinating with catering if necessary.
Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, mail distribution, and maintaining office supplies.
Communication Hub: Manage a multi-line phone system and handle general inquiries with a high degree of professionalism.
Facility Oversight: Monitor the lobby area and common spaces to ensure they remain organized and professional at all times.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a front-desk, hospitality, or administrative role within a corporate setting.
Problem Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for keeping physical spaces organized and administrative records accurate.

Qualifications:
Professionalism: A high standard of personal presentation and a "service-first" attitude.
