Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring 100% satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct regular "pulse check" meetings to understand shifting hiring needs and company culture.
Expand our footprint within current accounts by identifying new departments or roles to support.
Source, headhunt, and interview candidates for specialized roles using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative sourcing methods.
Manage the entire candidate experience: from the initial screen to interview prep and offer negotiation.
Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for future openings.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
The "Hunter" Mentality: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you must be comfortable presenting to C-suite executives.
Resilience: The ability to handle the "nos" of sales and the unpredictability of the recruiting cycle with a positive attitude.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Google, Microsoft Excel and quick adaptation to system management.
