We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join a Talent Acquisition team. If you are a master of follow-up and enjoy the fast-paced nature of logistics and driver recruitment, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:

Documentation & Compliance: Proactively contact applicants to gather missing information, clarify employment history, and collect necessary certifications or licenses.
Resume Sorting & Sourcing: Screen resumes for various corporate and technical roles, ensuring hiring managers receive only the most qualified candidates.
Initial Prescreening: Conduct brief phone screenings to verify candidate interest, availability, and basic qualifications before moving them to the interview stage.
Process Tracking: Maintain real-time updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure the recruiting team has visibility into candidate status.
Logistics Coordination: Schedule interviews and act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Persistence: A "detective" mindset for tracking down missing information and following up with unresponsive applicants.
Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
Education:
Associate
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: 1???3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or high-volume administrative support.
