Responsibilities:
You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from proactively sourcing candidates through job boards and social media to conducting interviews and managing the onboarding experience. You???ll act as a strategic partner to our clients, understanding their unique workforce needs and providing expert guidance to ensure we find the right fit for their culture and goals.
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Identify qualified candidates through diverse channels, including networking and direct sourcing.
Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Relationship Management: Build genuine relationships with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth hiring process.
Data & Compliance: Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data and ensure all hiring practices follow employment laws.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Knowledge of local market trends and industry-specific hiring needs.
Ability to pivot and persevere in a fast-paced environment.
Experience building and maintaining a diverse candidate pipeline.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (staffing industry experience is a plus!).
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and interviewing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
