Location: Primarily Ogden, UT (Branch and Client Site).

On-Site Safety & Compliance (Wednesdays): To maintain the highest food-safety (GMP) standards at our client facility, recruiters are required to adhere to a clean-floor policy. This includes wearing steel-toed boots and removing all facial piercings and false eyelashes prior to entering the production environment.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle?from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and placement.
High-Volume Excellence: Drive recruitment for critical production roles (Mixers, Operators, Packers) in the food manufacturing sector.
Client Partnership: Spend every Wednesday on-site with our client, participating in safety meetings and working alongside on-premise managers to ensure operational success.
Community Connection: Leverage your Spanish/English fluency to bridge communication gaps and advocate for your candidates.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Industry Expertise: Previous experience recruiting for Light Industrial or Food Manufacturing environments.
Technical Sourcing: Advanced proficiency in Boolean search strings and social media sourcing (LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, etc.).
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with I-9 E-Verify processes and coordinating 10-panel drug screens.
Safety Mindset: Basic understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or OSHA safety standards.

Fluency: Professional-level bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a must.
Experience: At least 1 year of high-volume or full-cycle recruitment experience.

Mobility: Reliable transportation and a pair of steel-toed boots (required for your Wednesday site visits).
