Responsibilities:
Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire hiring process from kickoff to close, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and managing candidate progression.
Proactive Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and employee referrals to actively scout and engage passive top-tier talent for current and future openings.
Partner with Hiring Managers: Act as a trusted advisor to department heads to understand their hiring needs, define candidate personas, and provide regular, data-driven updates on the talent pipeline.
Elevate the Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, ensuring transparent, timely, and empathetic communication throughout the interview process to champion the company's employer brand.
Facilitate Offers and Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and leadership to extend competitive job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a seamless transition for new hires from candidate to onboarding.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
