We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Augusta, GA. You don't need years of recruiting experience to succeed-we will give you hands-on training from day one!
Responsibilities:
Connect with People: Find and reach out to top local talent using job boards, social media, and phone calls.
Screen Candidates: Chat with applicants to learn about their background, skills, and goals.
Schedule Interviews: Set up interview times between candidates and hiring managers.
Welcome New Hires: Greet candidates for in-person meetings and help them complete onboarding paperwork, background checks, and tests.
Support the Team: Keep track of candidate files and work closely with senior recruiters.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Communication: Friendly, helpful, and clear when speaking or writing emails.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, social media, and basic software.
Multitasker: Able to stay organized and positive in a fast-moving office.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in office support, customer service, or administrative roles.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required (a College degree is a plus, but NOT required!).
