Responsibilities:
- Your Core Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate high-volume interview loops hiring managers and executives.
- Act as the main point of contact for applicants, ensuring they are prepared, informed, and excited about their interviews.
- Maintain our Applicant Tracking System to ensure data integrity and a clean pipeline.
- Post and manage openings across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche industry boards.
- Help identify and reach out to passive talent for high-priority roles.
- Support the transition from "Candidate" to "Employee" by assisting with background checks and Day 1 orientations.
Education: High School
- College degree preferred but not required!
Experience: 24 months
- 1–3 years in a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Assistant, or high-volume Administrative role.
- Experience managing complex, multi-person schedules across various time zones.
- Background in a role that requires professional "concierge-style" communication.
- Experience working in an environment where priorities shift quickly.
- Familiarity handling sensitive candidate information and NDAs.
