The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and possesses a high degree of discretion when handling sensitive organizational information.
Responsibilities:
-Administrative Support: Calendar management, coordinate department-wide meetings via Microsoft Teams, and handle routine correspondence.
-Financial Coordination: Process and track department invoices, ensuring timely submission to the finance department and accurate record-keeping.
-Documentation & Transcription: Attend departmental and regulatory meetings to record official minutes. Transcribe notes from meetings and recordings into professional, formatted documents.
-Policy Management: Assist with the organization and upload of documents within the department?s policy management system.
-Data Entry: Maintain and update regulatory databases and tracking spreadsheets to ensure all information is current and audit-ready.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Industry Background: Previous experience working within a Regulatory, Legal, or Compliance office, ideally within the healthcare sector.
-Specialized Software: Prior experience using PolicyStat or similar document/policy management software.
-Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
