Spherion Staffing has immediate openings for Remote Customer Service Representatives. The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for triaging inbound calls from customers while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Pay $19/hour
Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

-Assist Health Plan Customers with inquiries regarding; Enrollment Information, Premium Payment Options, requests for Health Plan materials, and Health Plan Exchange Product information
-Additional responsibilities include: maintain accurate documentation of customer contact, communicate effectively with customers, maintain confidentiality, and maintain good working relationships with co-workers.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
-Some college level course work preferred
*Looking for strong background in Call Center, Medical, Insurance preferred

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High School diploma
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service required
