Work Hours: Monday-Friday, with hours set by the manager (e.g., 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm).
Wage: $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.

What You'll Do
As the go-to expert for the robotic welding cells, you'll bridge the gap between engineering designs and physical production. Your day-to-day will include:
- Creating & Testing: Programming and "proofing" the very first versions of new parts to ensure they meet high standards.
- Optimization: Tweaking existing programs to make them faster and more efficient while maintaining top-tier weld quality.
- Collaboration: Working alongside the shop team to share your technical knowledge and teaching operators how to get the best out of the machines.
- Maintenance: Handling basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to keep the robots humming.
- Problem Solving: Communicating with vendors and management to tackle any technical hurdles that arise.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with robotic welding (Certification required).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Motosim/Yaskawa Controllers (YRC1000) and Robot Master (Offline Program Software).
- Quality Focused: The ability to pass an internal Robot-Mig weld test and perform visual inspections of final welds.
- Skillset: A solid understanding of blueprints and welding symbols, plus experience operating lifts.
- Attitude: An "on it" work ethic-someone who is thorough, values safety, and enjoys a high-energy team environment.
Bonus Points (Preferred)
- Experience with other robotic platforms like FANUC or ABB.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex fabrication paths.
- A background in heavy-duty component manufacturing.
