Room Turnover: Clean and return "vacant dirty" rooms to "vacant ready" status and "occupied dirty" rooms to "occupied clean" status.
Bed & Bath: Strip and replace dirty linens and terry (towels) with clean items. Make beds according to brand standards and fold towels neatly.
Sanitization: Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, and mirrors.
Detailed Cleaning: Dust and polish furniture, remove marks from walls, clean windowsills, and vacuum carpets.
Restocking: Replenish guest amenities (shampoo, soap, coffee) and room supplies (notepads, pens, glasses).
Equipment Check: Ensure all appliances (TVs, coffee makers, hair dryers) are present and in working order.
Reporting: Promptly report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged linens to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Engineering department.
Lost & Found: Securely handle and report any items left behind by guests.
Chemical Safety: Follow all safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and handle equipment like vacuums and floor polishers correctly.
Service Excellence: Respond promptly to guest requests (e.g., extra pillows or towels).
Professionalism: Welcome and acknowledge all guests with a professional demeanor and "genuine appreciation."
Privacy: Follow strict procedures for entering rooms and ensuring guest confidentiality.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for an entire shift.
Move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 25-30 lbs (up to 50 lbs with assistance).
Pushing and pulling a loaded housekeeping cart over varying floor surfaces.

Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or customer service experience is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays, as hotel occupancy fluctuates.
