        The Administrative Assistant will handle routine and advanced duties for other professionals such as organize files, create correspondence, prepare reports and documents, manage calendars, prepare invoices and offer general staff support. In addition, this role may serve as an initial point of contact, answering phones and greeting visitors. The right Administrative Assistant will be highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to multitask with a high attention to detail.Responsibilities:- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner- Manage communication including emails and phone calls- Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail- Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment- Maintain and order office supplies- Receive invoices and review for accuracyWorking hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMSkills:- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Working knowledge of general office equipment- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands- High degree of attention to detailEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. - Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.- 2+ years of clerical, receptionist, or office experience.
