      As the voice of the company, you will interact with customers and dealers on a daily basis to ensure they are connected to the correct departments. This position is much more than a reception position. It will also handle various other responsibilities listed below. We are looking for a person to come in and to own this position. To understand that each interaction we have is just as important as the last. That cares about the well-being of customers and has a high level of commitment to excellence. Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.Responsibilities:-Route calls to their specific destinations including both individuals and department queues-Place calls on hold until resources are available to assist callers-Assist individuals walking into our office with our security requirements-Evaluate and report back to management areas of improvement based on call performance-Ship outbound FedEx corporate packages-Handle outbound mail metering and preparation as well as inbound sorting-Assist with other projects related to the invoicing processes for BDB customer collection-Ability to resolve customer escalations in a timely and efficient manner-Strong organizational skills-Provide strong customer service experiences with many types of customer groups-Data entry as require for all internal systems and Office programs-Other duties as neededWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMSkills:Computer literate in a Microsoft Windows environmentBasic to intermediate level of experience using Microsoft ExcelBasic understanding of Outlook including how to send, forward and reply to incoming email and manage calendar functionsGeneral knowledge of various office equipment including, but not limited to, multi-line phone and scanner/copierEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)Two to four years related experience in a related role, preferredOR Three to five years related experience in a customer service role preferredOR General knowledge of business practices and terms Must be able to pass background check.Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!       Organize and assist to process marketing requests for Authorized Retailers, Product sales and Installation Services. Work with customers to gather details and assist with advertisement campaigns. Ensure compliance with program specifications, policies and procedures. Manage communications for multiple accounts proactively to ensure the most effective and timely service is provided.Responsibilities:-Assist authorized dealers via phone and email with advertising programs -Ad Preparation Services to launch advertising and assist in maximizing resources -Compliance on customized marketing to review and obtain approval and ensure all guidelines are followed per program -Training to review approved tactics, navigating partner sites, current promotions -Liaison between Retailers, Program Partners, and Sales for marketing-Data entry to manage product asset information.
