      The court clerk is an employee of Reynolds Municipal Court and is under close supervision of the Judge and the City Clerk. The City of Reynolds is an EOE and a Drug Free Workplace.Responsibilities:Preparing and issuing orders of the court (summonses, probation orders, other official documentation)Preparing dockets of casesExamine legal documents submitted to courtsSearching files and contacting witnesses, attorneys or litigants to obtain information for the courtPreparing staff schedulesSwearing in jury members, interpreters, witnesses or defendantsInstructing parties about the timing of court appearancesWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Must have customer customer service and communication skillsMust be able to multitask and have efficient organizational skills. Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Education:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:Municipal Court Clerk Certified or be able to obtain and maintain certifications.
