      Spherion is looking for a Clubhouse Administrative Assistant .for a a private member-owned golf club within the Lely community, We arecurrently searching for a highly qualified, mature, and professional ClubhouseReceptionist/Administrative Assistant who is versed in customer/member services.While the main responsibility for this position is to answer the phone and assist with Membersinquires or requests, the Clubhouse Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will also assist theClubhouse Manger, F&B Manager, Membership Director, Chef and Golf Pro with the day-to-daycommunications and correspondences for the Club. Often the Club's first point of contact, thesuccessful candidate will be in a position to assure all of our members and their guests are takencare of in a timely and professional manner.Responsibilities:Direct people and route phone inquiries to the proper departments.Greet members and guests to the Club.Performing general office tasks to support the team ? filing, organizing, and others asassigned.Create marketing for email blasts, signs for members, and mailings.Maintain supply of informational flyers and brochures.Monitor and update Club's website, event calendar and online reservationsAttend Club meetings and take minutes as directed.Be knowledgeable about Club activities and provide members with information aboutevents and happenings.Assist the Food and Beverage, Membership and Golf departments with various tasks asneeded.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Must enjoy interacting with others and possess a friendly, outgoing and pleasantdemeanor.
