Our client is seeking the right candidate that has the goal of making sure the office runs smoothly while taking care of patients as well and the staff. This is a temp to hire position. The responsibilities will include but not be limited to help the organization create and execute schedules, manage company budgets, greet and communicate with staff and guests, and maintains effective workflow in the office. May also take on many other duties regularly associated with office management, including filing, faxing, creating memos and reports, and performing other clerical duties.
