      Spherion is seeking a well qualified Billing Support Specialist for our client in Superior, WI. The Billing Specialist performs standard billing and maintenance transactions by using multiple systems to ensure accurate customer billing and to provide a high level of customer service via phone, email and other channels to meet customer service and operational standards.Responsibilities:1.Provides support to ensure data integrity is maintained and customer bills (utility and non-utility) are accurate, timely, and meet customer needs.2.Assists in the efficient and effective operation of the CIS system to achieve maximization of system capabilities to meet business needs.3.Assists in the maintenance of CIS, metering, or other customer systems to ensure performance and operational standards are met.4.Supports data retrieval and reporting requirements with an operational understanding of business needs and identification of data integrity and availability. 5.Assists in the development and maintenance of documentation for department procedures; CIS, metering, or other customer system reports, processes and related information.6.Perform customer support services to meet customer experience operational requirements; and provide system user and operations staff support to ensure accuracy of customer data and billing. 7.Establish and maintain internal and external relationships to ensure customer needs and operational requirements are met.8.Receives and responds to staff and customer queries on billings, meter readings, and other customer service issues. Researches, interprets, and analyzes account history to resolve billing questions on meter readings.9.Creates and reviews audit reports to troubleshoot and resolve billing or meter reading issues.10.Compiles reports and necessary documents, spreadsheets, historical data, billing account statements and other information to respond to staff and customer inquiries, as required.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMSkills:.
