        Spherion Staffing is currently sourcing for a Communications and Marketing Manager for a cutting edge company located in the Bryan/College Station area. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands.Responsibilities:- Evaluates and develops marketing strategies and plans.- Manages and coordinates with key individuals involved in all marketing and community outreach efforts.- Communicates the marketing plan to team and researches the demands for services.- Develops marketing and communications strategy using data-driven, organizational best practices.- Deploys website and social media; internal communications; public relations; and engages in community events. - Conducts frequent competitor research and develop strategies to maximize profits while balancing customer satisfaction. - Identifies potential customers.- Understands and develops marketing budgets, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.- Creates marketing materials and assists in managing the company website.- Build brand awareness and positioning through the development of marketing material.- Coordinates and manages marketing and communication projects from start to finish. - Organizes and participates in company events.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Required:Bachelor's Degree in public health, marketing, communications, or a related field. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have experience in marketing/communications and outreach; digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing; strong computer competence (i.e. MS WORD, EXCEL, Adobe, etc); strong written and verbal skills; and proven marketing campaign experience.Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish; Healthcare experience; 5+ years in marketing and communications; 3+ years leading and managing a marketing/community outreach department; or at least 1 year in healthcare marketing/communications and outreach.Education:BachelorsExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.-Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.-Proven marketing campaign experience-Proven ability to manage budgets.-Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
