      This position would be for general aviation support. You would develop expertise with our products and help guide our customers to the best fit for their aircraft. You will use this expertise to help guide our customers to resolutions to issues that they might be having.Responsibilities:-Stay up to date on the most recent procedures and products-Develop and maintain company image to the public-Become highly knowledgeable of our products by reading manuals and testing out product-Give recommendation to changes to manuals and pass on customer input-Lead customers through a series of actions or explanations, either via phone or email until they resolve their technical issue.-Ask targeted question to quickly understand the issue. -Provide prompt and technical feedback to customers.-Ensure all issues are properly tracked through the ticketing system-Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time-Maintain amiable relationships with clients-Submit return authorization when product needs to be returned.-Test products that are returned-Report failure trends -Be familiar with all regulatory topics under 14 CFR that concern the product being supported-Act as a liaison between the customer and other members of the company when needed-Some travel is required for industry tradeshows and product trainingWorking hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:- Demonstrate strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills- Demonstrates excellent presentation skills- Exhibits outstanding professionalism, judgement, and integrity- Must be team oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly- Proficiency with data entry and reporting- Must be able to prioritize and multitask in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environmentEducation:High SchoolExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:- Must possess a high school diploma or GED- 4 year degree or equivalent real work experienceDesired qualifications:- Private pilot license (100 hrs)- A&P mechanic- NCATT certification- Background in avionics- Understanding of ADS-B - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Apply online today at www.spherion.com/apply/75034Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
