        OPPORTUNITY!!Call Center TEAM LEADER needed for a local Lafayette Company.Monitor, and supervise a group of approximately 25-30 employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization. They prefer to interview candidates that have at least 2 years of clerical customer service experience in the oil and gas industry. To succeed in this position. you must be service oriented, customer and team focused, organized, works well with others, and emotionally stable when faced with challenging situations.
