        We have an opportunity in customer service! The Inside Sales Customer Service Representative is the daily point-of-contact for assigned customers and MICO, Inc., personnel as part of a sales team. This sales team is primarily responsible for serving the customer efficiently and effectively while building and maintaining positive customer relations.Responsibilities:Support Regional Business Managers by providing assistance to customers. This may require that customer visits be made when necessary.???Follow-up on sales leads and customer requests???Inform established and potential customers of new and existing products???Stay current with products and literature???Report competitive product information to Regional Business Manager(s), Inside Provide customer order support with regards to:???Process all types of orders via the mail, phone, fax, blanket, email and Internet in a timely, accurate and professional manner???Release or reschedule product for shipment using the required computer programs???Product published specifications???QuotationsOther responsibilities:???Track customers packages and notify appropriate personal of results???Will recognize and comply with all safety rules???Willing to travel to company sponsored training???Perform other related duties as required by Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager and other management???Provide assistance with departmental responsibilities in the event of personnel on leave or when directed to by departmental management???Report competitive product information to Inside Sales Customer Service Manager???Build rapport with employees and other co-workers from all departmentsWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:--Knowledge of the use of a personal computer - Microsoft Office, Salesforce, OnBase, MICO Applications--Understand the basic functions and purpose of a manufacturing facility--Must be self-motivated and well organized--Demonstrate sales techniques and methodsEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
