The goals of the Customer Service Representative are to make the customer's shopping experience simple, easy, and pleasurable.Responsibilities:-Interface directly with consumers via phone and email in a timely and professional manner to assess their needs-Monitor request orders, checking order status, and inventory availability-Handle the return of any damaged goods and make arrangements for replacement.-Facilitate the shipping of products, orchestrating deliveries to meet customer demand with no delays-Manage logistics such as schedule deliveries, route deliveries and direct trucks to destination.-Successfully manipulate multiple software systems throughout the day to meet customer needsWorking hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMSkills:-Sharp Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)-Ability to manage multiple screens-Ability to multitask and toggle between screens-Solid work ethic and the ability to empathize with customers-Adaptability, patience, and problem solving -Experience with Inventory Management Systems and/or Client Relationship Management systems is a plusEducation:No Degree RequiredExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Customer management/service experience required.Advanced Excel.
