      The Customer Service Representative-Wholesale is responsible for providing support to our internal and external customers. This role will operate within established policies and procedures to ensure that we meet or exceed our goals and metrics. This is a Direct Hire position.Responsibilities:1. Communicates with customers, sales representatives and other team members in an empathetic and professional manner offering creative solutions when appropriate.2. Thorough knowledge of product lines, policies, processes, and procedures.3. Processes orders and ensures that all order related communication and paperwork is processed within the time frame specified for each task assigned.4. Provides primary support for a Tier 1 volume territory.5. Reviews acknowledgements for accuracy and makes appropriate corrections when needed.6. Establishes new accounts and facilitates onboarding process.7. Completes all assigned reports within the designated time frame.8. Works closely with relevant departments, including, but not limited to accounting, traffic, distribution, and production, as needed.9. Meets and/or exceeds company metrics.10. Represents the company in a professional manner at sales and other meetings as needed.11. Other duties as assigned.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Experience using general office equipment including desktop computer, Chromebook, iPad, telephone, fax, scanner, copier, and printer.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.Highly organized, detail and goal-oriented, with ability to work under deadlines.Excellent critical thinking, data analysis and problem-solving skills.Active listening and problem-solving abilities are a must.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Punctuality and professionalism are required.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.Minimum 3 years experience in a customer service-related field is required; furniture or apparel industry or other phone-based customer service preferred.Computer skills including general knowledge and use of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel and Word required; ERP system experience preferred.
