      The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a member of the company's commercial team and acts as the liaison between our customers, sales team, and the operations (manufacturing, quality, production planning etc.) group. The CSR resides in the manufacturing plant and works directly with the Sales and Operations team members to address any matters pertaining to the implementation, management, execution and delivery of our products and services to our customers. This position also assists and shares many tasks in the supporting of the office, and production areas, by helping with many tasks within the facility.Responsibilities:Responsibilities and Duties (These include but are not limited to)Customer Relations:Order Entry??? Assist with entry of customer orders into the system.??? Submit Order Acknowledgement in a timely manner (24 hours of receipt (unless there arespecial circumstances ??? i.e. custom preform order).Order Management??? Assist with the communication of any special raw material requirements (i.e. color, newpreforms, etc.).??? Review all orders for timeliness of scheduling, completion, and shipping.??? Confirm accuracy of shipping documentation with customer purchase order and orderacknowledgement.??? Timely communication of order delay or any other supply issues.Order Management (Cont???d)??? Maintain accurate and updated customer information in IQ.??? Maintain and provide accurate and updated customer pricing.??? Manage any sample requests (sample request template, shipping etc.).??? Respond to quotations for stock bottles.??? Deliver information pertaining to our stock bottle program (pack out, pallet/TL quantities etc.).??? Review and communicate inventory levels with the customers??? Register any customer quality issues and communicate the process with the customer; followup on Closed complaints.??? Assist and address any A/R issues.??? Assist and address any slow/obsolete inventory issues.??? Arrange freight including invoice prep and pick ticket generation.Sales Support??? Implement new customer set up (including BOM et al).??? Properly qualify and manage phone and web site inquiries.??? Assist with New Product development projects (drawing/mold PO???s, tooling invoices etc.)??? Establish/maintain professional customer relationships/communication.??? Provide new stock bottle quotations.??? Prepare purchase orders and invoices for customer drawings/new molds.Office Duties??? Answer/direct incoming phone calls.??? Greet visitors/allow entrance per Company policies.??? Process and prepare AP mailing on a daily/weekly basis to corporate??? Completing/Maintaining inventory tags for production materials/file when completed.??? Maintain/Ordering of some office/plant supplies.??? Keep office area/employee lunchroom stocked with supplies daily.??? Send UPS/FedEx packages as requested.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:The CSR should possess and exhibit following characteristics:- Travel to customer location (within and out of state)- Overtime in special circumstances (Mornings, Evenings and Weekends)- Independently motivated- A pleasant and engaging personality- Detail orientation- Ability to multi-task- Good time management skills- Ability to prioritize- Strong organization skills- Be a team player- Demonstrate Microsoft Office 365 proficiency- Be a customer advocate (check and balance with Ops/Production)Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:???
