Coordinate with production on pending and new orders.??? Generate ready dates for orders.??? Confirm with customers when shipments should be expected.??? Keep price logs and customer lists up to date.??? Answer phone calls respond to customer ??? complaint/request/questions in a timely manner.??? complete customer complaint forms. This also includes corresponding with the customer to document detailed information on their complaint and working with the QC department to reach a resolution.??? Preparing, shipping and follow up on all samples to customers.??? Maintaining stock levels of literature, stickers, samples, boxes, and all affiliated items.??? Handling trade show logistics including but not limited to scheduling freight, furniture, electrical, hotel reservations, etc.??? Maintain and catalog booth equipment for all industries and standardize shipping lists.??? Assist in PowerPoint presentations to potential distributors and large customers.??? Assist sales team with making cold calls to potential new customers.???
