        Now seeking a Licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative for an insurance agency located in Wichita Falls.Responsibilities:Pre-qualify and analyze prospect. Get all information needed and enter into quoting system, to determine best rates and fit for client. Recommend best company for client. Go over quotes and coverage?s to be sure they understand what they are purchasing. Be sure they agree to terms of policy. Solicit other lines of business for account rounding. Complete application and all necessary paperwork. Get signatures and down payment to bind the coverage. Document in notes what was done and scan in all needed documents.Review policies for accuracy when receive from carrierSend paperwork, payment and any other documents needed to carrier.Send documents to mortgagee if needed.Scan, or have assistant scan in all documents into XE system. Make appropriate notes in ?TO DO LIST?. Follow up to be sure policy is issued as written, mail to client if received in office.Ask for thank you note to be sent to client after 2 weeks. Ask for referrals from new client. Send clients appropriate final documents such as binder, policy, auto ID cardsUpdate XE with all appropriate date & documents (any form that needs to be attached)Additional Miscellaneous Job Duties:Set priorities for each day, and week. Manage workflow in most efficient way. Keep paperwork, documents, etc, organized in paper files or in electronic files.Keep up with emails and be sure all work is completed before deleting or filing. Note any changes made and attached email to client?s notes. Check pending follow ups daily, and delete or re pend as needed. Read new updates from carriers and Insurance dept. to check for any changes in procedures. Meet with coworkers about any upcoming issues, or changes. Keep each other informed. Keep insurance license current, take courses as needed. Attend bi weekly meetings in office.
