The ideal candidate has proven work experience in Human Resources including: onboarding, hiring new employees, maintaining up to date personnel files, setting up company policies and assisting senior management with the essential functions of the company.Responsibilities:Be the main point of contact for the HR departmentReview all employee timesheets and process payrollForecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothlyPlan quarterly and annual performance review sessions Inform employees about new policies and/or remind them of policies already in place.Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment statusMaintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary recordsDevelop and implement HR policies throughout the organizationKnowledge of wage and labor laws.Monitor budgets by departmentProcess employees? queries and respond in a timely mannerStay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislationWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesTeam management skillsEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems **(HRIS).Experience with ADP and QuickBooks for payroll processing is a plus.
