        Coordinates human resource processes at all business locations, performing various responsibilities to include recruitment and onboarding. Provides administrative support to the human resources function as needed, including record keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.Responsibilities:Administer all areas of recruitment for all divisions/departments; advertise open requisitions through all appropriate recruitment sources; source, pre-screen, and present qualified applicants to division/department management; administer and track requisitions per approved headcounts. Make employment offers to candidates and schedule pre-employment screens to include criminal background, drug screen, physical, and MVR, when applicable. Conduct new hire orientations to include, employee handbook, benefits & payroll, completion of required documents, etc.Develop contractual agreements and negotiate rates with staffing agencies and recruitment firms; coordinate acquisition of temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire employees; maintain communications with agency contacts.Oversee maintenance of employee personnel and confidential files and Human Resource Information System records with accurate, appropriate information. Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functionsAll other related duties as assignedWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Minimum of Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and at least two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must possess a demonstrated level of professionalism, attention to detail, initiative, approachability and high level of confidentiality. Must work well in a team environment and able to work with a diverse group of people. Ability to apply knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Must possess strong analytical, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills; must be a highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated attention to detail. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to communicate with both internal/external customers.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and technical procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Education:AssociateExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and demonstrate manual dexterity while performing job duties.
