We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, driven, customer-focused individual to become a Recruiter.As part of our team, your responsibilities will be to help achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, placing candidates in positions that fit both their and our clients' needs, and building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies.Responsibilities:- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.- Manages employees by conducting orientations- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities through company online training courses, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:- Recruiting and interviewing skills- Phone and online meeting platform skills- Supports workplace diversity- Familiarity with relevant employment Law- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills- Education, Experience, and Licensing RequirementsEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- Recruiting experience preferred but not required- Customer Service- Detail Oriented- Ability to multi-task Apply now.
