        The Recruiter will research, develop, and enhance an effective recruiting and staffing strategy to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent. This position will require absolute attention to detail and an above reproach commitment to protecting highly confidential information at all times. This position interacts regularly with all levels of the organization and maintains a professional and customer centered service approach.Responsibilities:- Assist with job posting and advertisement processes, including updating job descriptions that are attractive and fun to candidates.- Responsibilities will entail and are not limited to:- Screen applications and selects qualified candidates.- Schedule interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.- Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process for full-cycle recruiting.- Collaborate with department managers to identify skills, translate that into detailed and accurate job descriptions, hiring criteria and interview guidelines.- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on industry standards, market benchmarks and the needs of the organization.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- Someone proactive people describe as proactive, enthusiastic and patient.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative to fill roles.- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.- Detail Orientated.- Travel maybe required with this role.- This job operates in a professional office environment. - Occasional overtime and weekend work and travel to other locations.
