The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting, creating & building customer relationships and the human resource function. Recruiting for candidates and clients includes significant involvement in community organizations and events and maintaining an effective referral program. The Sr. Direct Hire Recruiter conducts assessment interviews including behavioral interviews, technical skill testing and orientation. The Sr. Direct Hire Recruiter is accountable for ongoing professional development including market knowledge about issues that impact staffing, technology advancements and self-development of sales and recruiting skills. Client activities include client research and development, prospecting new business, working with business development teams in new account or retention sales calls, obtaining bookings, maintaining a high fill ratio, and penetrating client accounts.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:- Recruit, screen, interview, assess and place candidates in skill trade and industrial sectors as well as administrative, engineering, technical, and accounting.- Continually identify and cultivate a variety of effective recruiting sources.
