Responsibilities Include- Lead Recruitment recruitment strategies for successful sourcing of candidates that best meet the employer's needs.- Successful retention of client business, grows database of skilled candidates- Manage flow of candidate experience, from phone screening through interview and hiring process.Responsibilities:- Develop sourcing methods for locating qualified applicants through advertising efforts, web marketing, cold calling, and networking.- Develop all recruiting, hiring, interviewing and workflow process- Conducted work-site evaluations with an emphasis on safety and mitigating negative circumstances- Prepare weekly reports for Branch Manager to review.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:-Ability to Multitask-Great interpersonal skills-Excellent communicatorEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:-High School Diploma-Experience in applying recruiting strategies -Attach a Resume with relevant experience.
