Spherion Jacksonville is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist for our on-premise client, Coach. The Employee Relations Specialist's role is to direct the activities of Spherion personnel assigned to the customer site location and insure that customer key performance indicators are achieved. Further, to supervise all contingent Spherion associate HR functions with a focus on performance counseling and attendance tracking to achieve a positive associate experience and meet customer expectations for contingent staffing.Schedule will include weekend days.Responsibilities:Employee Relations:- Design, implement, and maintain employee recognition and associate engagement programs- Coach and mentor employees- Implement turnover and absenteeism reduction programs- Lead personnel investigations while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality- Serve as a liaison between our associates and Department/Section LeadersWorking hours: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PMSkills:- 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in Human Resources or in a retail environmentEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- High school diploma required- Bachelor's Degree preferred If this sounds like a good fit for you, please call us today!Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
