      The Talent Acquisition Specialist works collaboratively with other members of the Talent Team to deliver talent acquisition services for assigned positions. The Specialist represents the organization to prospective candidates and functions as their point of contact. Develops candidate pipelines utilizing a variety of sources to include direct sourcing, networking, and social media. Builds and maintains key stakeholder relationships with potential candidates, applicants, and hiring supervisor.
