This position will be supervising daily operations of network and server infrastructure within the facility, candidates need to be flexible with schedule.This is an immediate direct hire position!Responsibilities:- Supervising daily operations of network and server infrastructure- Ensuring the maintenance of current projects and technology systems- Identifying vulnerabilities, need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.- Manage and supervise employees in the IT Department.- Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in line with organizational objectives- Develop overall project plans and action plans for meeting IT objectives and business unit solutions - Work with clients to determine technology solutions with an emphasis on systems integration.- Establish and implement policies, procedures, and standards for the support of the Network system ensuring compliance to provide integrity and security of data and network- Maintain all documentation supporting the network, applications, structures and security.- Administer Windows based environments.- Direct daily department activities in order to maximize system utilization and support business needs as it pertained to a site?s IT infrastructure.- Develop and implement change management policy and procedures for authorizing the use of hardware/software on an information system.- Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes- Manage the development and periodic testing of the Information Systems Disaster Recovery Plan and ensured the ability to restore- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, schedules and scenarios for unit, process, function, system integration and acceptance testing- Testing, troubleshooting, and adjusting information systems to operate effectively.- Implementing security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems- Review and approve configuration management, integration and testing of IT products and techniques.- Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software- Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goalsWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PMSkills:- Advanced work experience with SQL Database- Advanced work experience with Oracle Database- Excellent experience with Javascript ProgrammingEducation:BachelorsExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, or similar- Working experience administrating virtual network environment- 5+ years of database, network administration, or system administration experience- Track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans.- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
