      Summary:Reporting to the Senior IT person, you will be expected to manage your time and projects while looking for ways to help improve the business. We support all technology for the business- in the office, factory, and remote access. If you can be pointed at a target and relied upon to hit that target, we're looking for you. You manage and resolve existing tasks while taking on and prioritizing new tasks and projects as they arrive. You are driven to know the intricacies of the tasks assigned, unwilling to let a problem get the best of you, and know when to ask for help. You pay attention to the details and find ways to fill every hour of the day with productive work.Responsibilities:Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:- Primary support for daily support requests.- Communicate status and solutions with staff requiring assistance.- Maintaining documentation of procedures, configurations, and IT Asset allocation.- Occasional after-hours / weekend support.- Maintain IT Infrastructure from the staff using the equipment to the servers holding the data and everything in between including remote access and security.- Account maintenance Active Directory, Office 365 and more- Break/fix and Move/Add/Change requests.- Maintain Patching of OS and software.- Being aware of the status of the network and IT resource availability.- Assist management with projects and other tasks.- Automating tasks where possible to improve the department's efficiency.- Supporting 7 locations across the US (mostly remotely), and the off-site sales staff.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).- Excellent interpersonal skills.Education:BachelorsExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:You already have:- 3-5 years working in IT supporting Windows desktops and laptops.- A Bachelor's degree in an IT related field (or High School with additional IT experience).- Experience supporting: Windows 10 desktops and laptops. Microsoft Office Desktop Applications. Office 365 email and accounts (Azure AD and securing Office 365 is a plus!).- Exposure to Windows Server and services (2012 R2 or higher).- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Strong work ethic and time management.- Ability to research and resolve technical issues.- Aptitude for resolving technical challenges.- Understanding of general IT Practices and Security.- Able to lift 25 lbs. alone (standard desktop IT equipment).- Willingness to discover new processes and ways of doing things.- Ability to thrive as well under a deadline as when none is given.- Ability to ask for direction.
