      Spherion Staffing is hiring a Technical Administrator to begin work in Warsaw, IN.Shift and Pay:Monday-Friday 7AM - 6PM with a 1 hour lunch$22-$26/HRResponsibilities:The position will be to support Maintenance Manager with a variety of logistical projects ranging from but not limited to, reviewing, and updating SOP???s / JSA???s, entering downtime in spreadsheets for maintenance, along with the below listed key responsibilities.- Update all SAP-PM documentation by entering Master data in the SAP maintenance program and working with maintenance technicians to resolve master data issues defining and documenting.- Generate electronic versions of all OEM manuals and PMS.- Convert all PM documentation to the latest templates.- Update all facility policies and guidelines to a facility plan for the site, meeting local organizational needs.- Is familiar and complies with all the applicable corporate as well as site and laboratory policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct, HSE and Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) standards.- Generates and maintains all infrastructure and compliance documentation.- Is familiar and complies with all the applicable corporate as well as site and laboratory policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct, HSE and Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) standards.- Collaborate with maintenance supervisor and production scheduler to adhere to AkzoNobel Preventative maintenance schedule.- Drafting maintenance reports.Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PMSkills:- Competent writing and communication skills - including the ability to communicate technical information.- Relationship-building.- Sustainability.- Facility information and technology management.- The ability to prioritize and multi-task.- Time management skills.- Teamwork, leadership, and motivational skills.- Proactive thinking.- Passionate about delivering consistent excellence.- Must be a well-organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter.Education:High SchoolExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional level experience.- 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions.- Knowledge of OSHA, AkzoNobel and other environmental regulations.- Risk management.- Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management.
