      Keep all areas of the office and production in neat and clean order. Areas include lobby/reception area, restrooms, hallways, conference rooms and offices. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, Team Member will clean and maintain these areas and report extra needs for repair.1st an 2nd PT- Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-8:00pmResponsibilities:Clean break rooms by wiping off tables, emptying wastebaskets, loading and running dishwasher, sweeping and moping floors, cleaning refrigerator, and restock supplies.Clean restrooms by wiping off walls and stalls, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning toilets and sinks, cleaning mirrors, sweeping and moping floors and restocking supplies.Clean offices by dusting off woodwork and partition tops, emptying wastebaskets, sweep and mop or vacuum floors and wash windows where needed.Clean hallways by dusting off woodwork and partition tops, sweep and mop or vacuum floors and wash windows where needed.Clean conference rooms by wiping off tables, dusting off woodwork and furniture, emptying wastebaskets, sweep and mop or vacuum floors, wash windows where needed.Cleans outside grounds by picking up refuse, weeding landscape gardens, trimming shrubs and trees as needed, and shovel snow walks in winter.Initiates purchase requisitions for supplies and submits to Maintenance Supervisor for approval.Clean all sinks basins and water fountains in shop and office areas.Perform tasks with other Maintenance personnel as needed or requested.Transports waste and recycled waste to proper areas for disposalReplace burned out lights as needed.Perform light repair to building and cleaning equipment as needed.Restock cleaners and supplies when needed.Keeps supply stockroom clean and orderly.Looks for and recommend product and process improvements in support of corporate Continuous Improvement InitiativesClean production and assembly areas by- Vacuum coolant spills (oil and water) and hydraulic liquid leaks as needed. - Picks up reusable scrap for salvage and loads into casting barrels, removes sorted scrap to storage area and prepares for recycling.- Wrings chips and empties chip tanks. - Cleans plant with electric sweeper, and power scrubber. - Checks solvent barrels and fill as needed.Working hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:Language Skills:Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Mathematical Skills:-Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning Ability:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Computer Skills:To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
