      As a Quality Control Parts specialist you will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve a company's final products and processes in order to meet established quality standards.Responsibilities:Verify measurements and/or recalculate to assure order parts match specifications. Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.Performing routine inspections and quality tests.Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.Making recommendations for improvement.Creating training materials and operating manuals.Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)Skills:Able to read blue prints Attention to detailAccurate measuring using calipers and micrometers and/or other tools as necessaryCommunication skills - verbal and written.Data collection, management and analysis.Problem analysis and problem solving.Planning and organizing.Team player to work with team to improve qualityEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:High School Diploma or Equivalent to1-4 Years of experience For more information please call our office at 661-8351400Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
