      Spherion is looking for a Product Operations Coordinator interested in a contract position working at Acushnet Company. The position is expected to be 12-18 months minimum.Responsibilities:This Product Operations Coordinator role will work closely with US and Far East Development, Marketing, Design and Ops. A successful candidates will be an energetic, detail-oriented individual who will be a key part of the product creation process ensuring our data capture process that support item setup is timely & effective across all stakeholders. This role will also execute product configuration within the ERP system in accordance with global guidelines that will support information-based tools that will deliver planning, insight and communications in order to deliver our Global Go To Market process on time and accurate.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Create and update colorways as required adhering to the dates on the Product Creation Calendar. Manage the lifecycle states of colorways as required.Ensure that colorways are confirmed based on the deadline dates published on the Product Creation Calendar.Follow up with factories, compliance and all internal teams to make sure colorways have complete and accurate information before changing lifecycle state to confirmedAGS Item Setup - Execute the creation and maintenance of AGS items and maintenance for all Titleist Gear and Apparel products and programs.Create, Manage and Update Spec Changes - Initiate spec changes and verify with team leader the accuracy of the Spec Change. Communicate the nature of the Spec Change to the factories and internal teams (Dev, PLC, Marketing) to ensure that the information on the Spec Change is complete and accurate prior to submitting for approval (sign-off).Manage the Confirmation Sample Process - Work with Marketing to ensure that Confirmation Samples are addressed as either Approved or Not Approved with appropriate comments - in PLM in a timely manner. Send Confirmation Samples to the library on a seasonal basis.Education:BachelorsExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field is required.Prior experience working with ERP system(s)preferred (Infor M3 preferred).Previous experience with Qlik and Ad-Hoc reporting preferred.Advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel, Cognos10 Report Studio and Workspace Advanced a plus.Intermediate to Advanced skill set in Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint.Previous Golf experience is highly preferred.Knowledge of ERP principles, practices and procedures.Must possess technical skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new and emerging programs/software.Demonstrated competency in the following areas:Project Management -Coordinates projectsCommunicates changes and progressInnovation - Displays original thinking and creativityMeets challenges with resourcefulnessGenerates suggestions for improving workProblem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely mannerGathers and analyzes information skillfullyDevelops alternative solutionsWorks well in group problem solving situationsUses reason even when dealing with emotional topicsAdaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environmentManages competing demands; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
