        Spherion is hiring 1st and 2nd shift Production Assemblers in Belvidere, IL. All of these opportunities have the potential for full-time consideration based on meeting performance and attendance requirements. All full-time hires are for 2nd shift only. Employees need to meet all performance and compliance requirements while demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail and consistent work ethic. During the course of the shift, all employees must participate in disinfecting work stations and other general housekeeping duties as well.* Employees need to meet attendance and performance requirements* Consistently and effectively communicate with fellow team membersWorking hours: 4:00 PM - 12:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)Skills:Assembly Line Workers require good mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, basic math skills and the ability to read and understand building manifests throughout the course of the shift.
