Daily responsibilities include reviewing work orders specifications to identify the correct raw materials, adjusting laminating equipment in conjunction with material change-overs, utilizing measurement tools to ensure proper machine set-up, and ensuring quality guidelines are met for the finished product.In order for someone to be successful in this position, they must be precise and enjoy working at a steady, consistent pace for a long period of time. This individual should be task-oriented with high attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving. Processes and policies must be followed very closely with little room for error. You will also be responsible for checking and double-checking your work to ensure the correct results time, and time again.Responsibilities:1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.2. Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, twist for full shift.3. Minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.4. Excellent cutting and measuring experience in a production-based environment.5. Basic math skills, including multiplying and dividing with fractions.6. Frequent pushing/pulling/steering of manual material transportation carts to transport material rolls ranging 10-100+ lbs.7.
