      The Blow Mold Machine Operator will operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyor systems. They are responsible for troubleshooting process problems and performing minor maintenance to ensure continued operation of the production line. They are also responsible for following our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.Responsibilities:Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agenciesOperate blow-mold machines (including wheels, reciprocating or shuttle machines) to ensure production of quality bottles and perform audits, weights and quality checksAdhere to quality control and to blow mold process procedureTroubleshoot and perform minor repair on blow-mold and support equipmentMake adjustments to meet product specificationsRepair or replace pneumatic and hydraulic linesAssist with preventive maintenance, mold, neck and blow pin and other mechanical changesGrind excess bottle and materialTroubleshoot and resolve process problemsPrepare maintenance request forms and document equipment repairsTrain blow-mold employeesPrepare & document daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies and otherOther duties as assigned by managementWorking hours: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AMSkills:1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.AS degree is preferred.       The Manufacturing Technician may be responsible for the manufacturing and / or assembly operations within any one of the following areas - Laser Machining. The role will be a hands-on interaction with the operations team ensuring daily continuity of manufacturing processes and in-process inspections / product verification. As a member of the Manufacturing Team this person will be expected to work directly with other technicians on a daily basis ensuring product integrity / quality is met at all times.Must be able to work first shift: Mon - Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMResponsibilities:Responsible for manufacturing and / or assembly of medical devices in a fast-paced production environment following specific procedures and manufacturing instructions with daily goals.Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection in order to accomplish assigned task(s).Have the ability to learn and comprehend a broad understanding of various equipment set-ups (example - laser, CNC, micro blasting, assembly) and / or general operations in a medical device manufacturing / assembly environment.Ability to perform delicate, repetitive tasks is essential to many operations in the various manufacturing departments here at the organization.Ability to physically handle small, delicate parts is crucial.
