      Spherion is assisting a Real Estate customer in the Fergus Falls, MN lakes area in the search for an experienced sales, training & development candidate who is skilled in operations, and growing and developing staff. The position is responsible for leading operations, driving growth through recruiting and retaining sales staff and to achieve annual profitability goals for the company. Chosen candidate will lead by a culture of professionalism and communication of core values and vision of the company.
