We are hiring for a Chocolate Maker and Chocolate Packaging Specialist in Burlington. Monday-Friday shift, 6:30am-3:00pm. This position is responsible for the set up, monitoring, and shut down of a chocolate moulding line which makes products in a variety of shapes and sizes and will cross train to learn to package chocolate for seasonal gifts. Paid holidays! End of season bonus AND discount on chocolate!Responsibilities:Just a few of the focus tasks of this position include:1. Starts up Moulding Line including chillers, air compressor, chocolate tanks, pumps and tempering units.2. Ensures settings are correct for product to be made.3. Ensures temperatures are correct and monitors them throughout shift.4. Changes molds in Moulding line to appropriate ones for product being made.5. Runs test samples and checks it for proper specifications.Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMSkills:The ability to stand on your feet for a full shiftPrevious experience in a production line setting is preferredEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:A high school diploma is required.
