      The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing business with various general contractors, engineers, architects, owner's reps and property owners within their prospective market. This person will gain continuous market knowledge, trends and information to feed to the company. This position will be a true contributor to the growth of the company and provide the talent that will make this company successful. This requires an individual who is highly motivated, a team player with solid inter-personal and organizational skills, effective attention to detail, the ability to problem solve, juggle multiple projects, and adjust work accordingly.
