        The account rep acts as the central poc for all business transactions within Dichtomatik. They contribute to the success of the company by fulfilling B2B sales orders, qualifying new client leads or opportunities and consistently maintaining and enhancing business relationships through exceptional account management.         You will be the outbound lead generation engine for the US for the sales team. You will be following up on the outbound Account Based Marketing campaigns by calling prospective clients, tailoring the messaging to different customer personas to generate leads for the sales team to close.Responsibilities:Proactive outbound calling of around a 150 calls per week - This will be to ???warm??? contacts who have been receiving Account Based Marketing collateral. - Contacts will have various roles within the organization and messaging will need to be tailored appropriatelyEnsuring all accounts receive a pre agreed minimum number of touches - This will be predominantly telephone as most email communication is automated. - Logging of activity so it can be tracked.Send email follow ups and distribute relevant collateral - Clear concise and friendly communication is required.You will be the voice of the company answering live chat enquiriesCreating a minimum of 10 Sales Accepted leads per month - Sales accepted lead is defined as one where you have created an appointment for a next stage call with an Account Executive. - Initial qualification has established that there is a pain point that we can address. - The person the call is with has authority to move the sale forwards - The opportunity has a minimum value of $10,000 per annum.Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:We are looking for an ambitious, sales professional looking to take the next step in their career.
