Inventory elaboration.Hours are 11 pm - 7:30 am Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - SaturdayResponsibilities:Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in the warehouse.Monitor and take corrective action daily in the warehouse.Fill out daily an equipment checklist and note any problems on the checklist.Fill out daily activity sheets with correct hours worked in the department worked for that day.Follow all GMP and safety rules.Assist with other duties within the plant as directed by the Warehouse Leads, Supervisors, and/or Managers. Pick the oldest received date.--Fill out the production pick sheet with quantity, location picked from, and lot numbers.--Take the requested product and stage it to the proper production staging area.--Turn in the production pick sheet to the receiving clerk.5.-Receiver--When receiving product always make sure that the trailers have wheels chocked and glad locks are in place.--When receiving RAW materials make sure that there is a COA before unloading any of the product.--Notify the QA department when receiving any RAW and pack materials.--When there are any type of damages make note of it on the bill of lading and notify your supervisor.--Fill out a receiving variance report for any damages.--Fill out the daily receiving log with all the proper information.--Verify all products being received as far as quantities and SKU numbers.--After all product has been verified fill out a put-away sheet where the product is going to be stocked, with quantities and locations.--Comply with AIB receiving standards.--Fill out receiving placards and place in the lower left hand corner of the pallet.--At the end of the shift, turn in all related paper
